Jesse Wynn is a patent attorney who focuses his practice on complex intellectual property litigation in federal district courts and the International Trade Commission (ITC). Jesse's litigation experience covers a variety of technologies across numerous industries including proteomics, medical devices, gene editing, and communications.
Jesse has represented clients in patent infringement, antitrust, and breach of contract disputes. His experience includes pre-lawsuit investigations, pleadings, fact and expert discovery, depositions, claim construction, and motion practice. Jesse has drafted dispositive motions, assisted with expert and fact witness depositions, and coordinated discovery.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, Jesse served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Patricia A. Gaughan in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
