Manon Arpino is a business lawyer who focuses on M&A, advising domestic and international clients on private and cross-border transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.

Manon has worked in a wide range of sectors, including technology, finance, health care, and energy, and this experience has provided her with a solid foundation in structuring deals, conducting due diligence, and understanding regulatory and governance issues within the M&A landscape.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2024, Manon completed several internships at internatonal law firms, in the legal department of an investment bank, and at a high-growth French unicorn company.
