Laura Baldisserra advises domestic and international clients in relation to all aspects of employment law.
Laura provides legal assistance with regard to individual and collective dismissal procedures as well as day to-day management of the workforce. She has solid experience in judicial litigation and out-of-court negotiation with employees. She has assisted clients in a variety of legal areas, including workforce restructuring in the context of bankruptcy procedures, transfer of business, data protection, and agency agreements. Laura has represented clients in many sectors, including chemical, aviation, manufacturing, health care, and technology.
Laura has significant experience in data protection matters, including management of data breach notifications, development of multijurisdictional privacy compliance plans, internal investigations, and drafting of policies and procedures for handling personal data. In regard to labor and employment matters, Laura advises on data protection specifically as it relates to employees' remote monitoring and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance.
She also closely follows ESG (environmental, social & governance) developments in Italy and has advised clients on ESG matters as they relate to labor and employment.
Laura attended the International Training Program at the Paris Bar School in 2018 and worked in Jones Day's Paris Office during her studies. Laura is a member of AGI (Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani/Italian Labor Lawyers).
