Paige Christie represents employers in complex labor and employment matters that arise under Title VII discrimination in the workplace, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and other federal and state employment laws.
Paige has experience representing employers in class and collective actions, including representative actions under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). She has experience with many aspects of litigation and arbitration, including pleadings, fact investigation, motion practice, depositions, discovery, and oral argument.
Paige also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing U.S. veterans, and survivors of human trafficking, in acquiring various forms of relief.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Paige received her M.B.A. from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. Paige also completed a 12 hour and 55 minute solo swimming crossing of the English Channel. Paige currently volunteers at Working Wardrobes in Irvine, California.
