Branden Homan practices corporate law, with a focus on M&A and corporate governance. He advises public and private companies, private equity firms, and family offices on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructurings, equity investments, and other complex and strategic transactions. He has experience advising clients across various industries including chemicals, energy, manufacturing, media, automotive, retail, and technology.
Branden's recent experience includes transactions for Asbury Automotive Group, Eastman Chemical Company, Koch Industries, restor3d, and Roper Technologies.
Branden maintains an active pro bono practice advising nonprofit organizations on entity formation and other corporate and internal governance matters.
