Enrique Lemus representa y asesora a clientes corporativos en una amplia variedad de temas laborales, incluyendo demandas por discriminación laboral, secretos comerciales y convenios restrictivos. Su experiencia incluye la representación de clientes en litigios por discriminación derivados del Título VII de la Ley de Derechos Civiles y varias otras leyes federales y estatales. Además, asesora a clientes en asuntos relacionados con el empleo, incluyendo prácticas de contratación, políticas de acción afirmativa y otros temas de cumplimiento.

Asimismo, Enrique posee experiencia con empresas de Fortune 500 en relación con asuntos desarrollados en Latinomamérica, en particular en México, Ecuador y Perú. Enrique también ha llevado a cabo capacitaciones de anti-corrupción para compañías con operaciones en Latinoamérica.

Enrique colabora activamente en temas pro bono. Su experiencia incluye la representación de menores no acompañados que buscan Estatus de Inmigrante Joven Especial (Special Immigrant Juvenile Status) y la colaboración con Abogados sin Fronteras (Lawyers without Borders) en la investigación y asesoramiento sobre cuestiones de derechos humanos en Latinoamérica.

Enrique es miembro de la Barra del Estado de Texas y la Asociación de Abogados de Dallas.

En su etapa como estudiante de derecho, Enrique colaboró con Paso del Norte Civil Rights Project con litigios de derechos civiles.
