Rick Puente es un abogado certificado en litigios internacionales y arbitraje con experiencia en primera presidencia en disputas comerciales, agravios e inversiones ante cortes federales y estatales y tribunales arbitrales. Rick tiene experiencia liderando equipos de disputas internacionales en procedimientos paralelos en Estados Unidos, América Latina y Europa.

Rick se ha desempeñado como conferencista invitado y moderador en temas de arbitraje internacional y litigio en universidades y en conferencias en los Estados Unidos, Europa y Latinoamérica. Se desempeñó como presidente de un Comité de Quejas Judiciales del Colegio de Abogados de la Florida (2011), es miembro de la Junta Directiva de la Sociedad Internacional de Arbitraje de Miami y se desempeñó como Presidente del Capítulo Local de la Florida del Club Español de Arbitraje (Florida, 2012-2024).
