Riley Robertson (they/them/theirs) represents hospitals, health systems, and other health care providers in a wide range of disputes, including disputes concerning reimbursement and payment by commercial and government-sponsored payors, qui tam actions, and continuing access to care. They have experience challenging underpayments by health plans for out-of-network and contracted services.

Riley maintains an active pro bono practice, including successfully obtaining vacatur on behalf of human trafficking survivors and helping transgender clients update their identity documents.

Riley currently serves on the board of directors of the National Trans Bar Association and on the the California Society of Healthcare Attorneys' Diversity Task Force.
