Prior to joining Jones Day in 2023, Guillaume was an associate at a leading French law firm in Paris, where his practice focused on M&A transactions for listed and unlisted companies, securities law, corporate governance, and corporate law. He also completed an internship at the French financial markets authority (Autorité des marchés financiers).
