Isabella Bentley represents employers of all sizes across multiple industry sectors, advising on the full range of employment law issues and human resources (HR) matters. In particular, Isabella advises on the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, including TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment)), key strategic HR projects, undertaking contract reviews, handling sensitive executive departures, restrictive covenants and team moves, and navigating performance issues and disciplinary investigations. Isabella also has experience defending claims in the Employment Tribunal, including claims relating to unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, and discrimination.
As part of Jones Day's extensive European employment law practice, Isabella works with colleagues around the globe on providing and coordinating advice to multinational employers.
Isabella also handles pro bono work for Macmillan Cancer Support, providing advice to employees affected by cancer.
Isabella is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA).
