Max Dvorak practices complex commercial litigation, with a focus on securities litigation, financial products litigation, and white collar investigations. Much of Max's work focuses on shareholder litigation, with recent matters including the successful defense of a securities fraud class action brought against a major financial institution. Max also represents clients in matters involving corporate governance and transactional events, including in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Additionally, Max has resolved several cases involving claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Max has experience across investigations, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Max also maintains an active pro bono practice, especially in the area of immigration law.
Prior to attending law school, Max worked as an equity research associate at Citigroup where he covered the consumer packaged goods and communications infrastructure industries.
