Thomas Hoff advises national and international clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and general corporate matters. He also has experience in restructuring and insurance law and advising institutional financial investors in real estate and private equity matters.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2020, Thomas worked at an international law firm in Stuttgart and at a Magic Circle law firm in Luxembourg.
