Stefanie Jaschhof has 25 years of experience with cross-border and domestic M&A, venture capital, and private equity investments.
In addition to providing transaction-related and ongoing corporate and commercial law advice, Stefanie focuses on IT and data protection law. She has a profound knowledge of innovative technologies and is a member of Jones Day's Blockchain Initiative. Stefanie acted as external counsel to salesforce.com and gained deep insight into the legal challenges that clients active in cloud environments are facing. She also worked extensively in Japan and recently advised a Japanese mobile communications company in connection with their IT outsourcing as well as a U.S.-headquartered client with respect to their HR outsourcing of European subsidiaries.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2006, Stefanie co-founded a law firm with offices in Munich, Düsseldorf, and Tokyo; was a partner in an international, Germany-based law firm; and practiced as a lawyer in the tax department of PwC.
