Gary regularly appears in bankruptcy courts throughout the United States and represents debtors, official and unofficial creditors' and equity committees, significant creditors, lenders, and third-party purchasers in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
Gary has represented clients in a wide array of business and industry sectors, including retail, casino operators, maritime/cargo shipping, real estate, automotive, pharmaceutical, aviation, media, health care, sports, and engineering. In addition to a national bankruptcy practice, Gary focuses on cross-border matters, including representing non-U.S. entities in obtaining chapter 15 relief.
Gary frequently publishes articles on bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, and debtor in possession (DIP) financing.
