Brett Lingle represents clients in complex litigation across state and federal courts. He has particular experience in environmental matters and products liability, including high-stakes cases involving plastics and climate change.
Brett also has experience in antitrust, public nuisance, unfair business practices, and securities matters. His work spans all stages of litigation, including consulting on viable claims; drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; and working with trial teams to preserve issues for appeal.
In addition to his litigation practice, Brett regularly counsels clients on regulatory matters, including implementation and enforcement of extended producer responsibility (EPR) laws.
