Carly Leopold represents large corporations and financial institutions in commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. Her experience includes fact and witness preparation and drafting motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
Carly also advises and counsels food, beverage, and dietary supplement manufacturers on product labeling, advertising, and regulatory compliance for new and existing products. She represents clients in transactions involving products and companies subject to U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations. Carly regularly analyzes client information and practices to assess regulatory compliance and liability risks.
In addition, Carly maintains an active pro bono practice that includes handling a detainee's Section 1983 civil rights case.
