Connor Lang represents clients in complex litigation, with a focus on securities, shareholder, corporate governance, and breach of contract actions. He has extensive experience drafting dispositive motions in securities class actions and shareholder litigation in federal and state courts, including the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Connor also has been involved in all phases of discovery, from pre-filing correspondence through expert preparation, with significant experience preparing senior executives for depositions.
Connor has represented large public companies in the metals manufacturing, food processing, telecommunications, and energy industries, as well as private equity clients. He has collaborated with colleagues in the Corporate Practice regarding challenges to potential merger agreements and post-closing disputes.
Connor is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
