Justine Lin's practice focuses on general corporate issues, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investment control. She has worked on matters involving diverse industries, including energy, media, and technology.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Justine assisted in researching new tobacco control policies. She has experience in regulatory matters concerning new tobacco products such as e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products. She also has experience in the revocation of Withhold Release Orders (WROs) issued by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and in the development of corrective action plans (CAPs) addressing forced labor issues in the distant-water fishing industry.
