He has experience in a wide range of deal structures, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, leveraged buyouts, equity financings, and distressed transactions. Matt also advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Matt worked as a contract specialist in the health care industry.
