Olivia Prioleau practices corporate law with a focus on cross-border M&A. She advises public and private companies on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and reorganizations. She also provides general advice to corporate clients on company and commercial matters.

Olivia has experience working with clients in the energy, infrastructure, consumer products, and real estate sectors.

Recent transactions include advising Macquarie in the execution of a put option agreement to acquire Suez Recycling and Recovery UK Group for approximately €2.4 billion.; advising Sun Communities in the $1.3 billion acquisition of Park Holidays UK; and in the £186 million acquisition of Park Leisure from Midlothian Capital Partners.

Olivia recently spent a year on secondment at Macquarie Asset Management, where she supported the MAM Real Assets legal team.
