Erich Ritter represents clients in civil litigation matters, including complex commercial litigation, product liability, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and breach of contract in state and federal courts.
Erich has extensive litigation and arbitration experience encompassing everything from taking and defending depositions, pleadings, fact investigation, motions practice, and discovery. Erich is a team player with a natural curiosity that makes him a quick learner when mastering the facts of a new case.
Erich is committed to providing pro bono assistance to clients in need. He has worked with clients in the Firm's Post-Conviction Relief Initiative for Survivors of Human Trafficking and has represented tenants in disputes with their landlords through the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. He also volunteers for Ales for ALS, an organization dedicated to providing funds in search of a cure for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
