Trinny Terrazas focuses her practice on the employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and reorganizations. Trinny has experience drafting employment, severance, and separation agreements and drafting equity and incentive arrangements in both corporate and partnership settings. She also has experience assisting with the drafting of documents related to the golden parachute payment tax implications of executive compensation arrangements in private company transactions.
In addition, Trinny advises clients regarding the administration and compliance of employee benefits plans, programs, and arrangements with complex legal requirements, including the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
