Brittany Wiegand represents and counsels clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. She has diverse litigation experience, including briefing and motions practice, e-discovery, fact investigation, offensive and defensive discovery, and working with fact and expert witnesses.

Brittany's recent experience includes representing Experian, one of the three national credit reporting agencies in the United States, in consumer litigation under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Brittany maintains an active pro bono practice and has briefed and argued a case in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She represents clients in affirmative and defensive asylum proceedings. She is a member of the National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC) Associate Leadership Board and a member of the Illinois Legal Aid Online (ILAO) Young Professionals Board.

Prior to law school, Brittany taught reading and writing as a Teach For America corps member in New Orleans and Chicago.
