Chen-Gang Yen focuses on complex litigation, including intellectual property, business and tort disputes, and white collar crime. He represents clients in many international lawsuits and arbitrations. Additionally, he has in-depth experience in conducting internal investigations for corporations, frequently assisting companies in probing potential fraud and representing clients in government investigations.

With a degree in chemistry from National Taiwan University, Chen-Gang possesses extensive technical knowledge, which enables him to develop dispute resolution strategies from a technical as well as a legal perspective. He often handles cases involving complex technologies, such as semiconductor chip defects, storage device infringements, electric vehicle motor component disputes, commercial software infringement, pharmaceutical licensing disputes, power equipment defects, food safety issues, and liquified natural gas (LNG) petrochemical storage disputes.

Chen-Gang is also experienced in criminal defense, including cases of insider trading, breach of trust, chemical explosion incidents, food safety violations, and unlicensed operations of mainland Chinese companies in Taiwan.

Furthermore, Chen-Gang represents companies in internal investigations and whistleblower reports, which includes investigations of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violation allegations, helping clients identify and mitigate operational risks, improve internal control measures, and defend against investigations by local law enforcement.
