Dimiter Arsov advises national and international clients on various aspects of European law and international trade law. He assists clients in understanding and complying with a wide range of international trade-related issues, focusing on EU restrictive measures, export controls, trade defense, and regulatory compliance. A significant part of his work involves advising on EU sanctions and helping clients navigate the complex legal requirements surrounding these measures.
Dimiter also advises global clients on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Dimiter gained experience at the Court of Justice of the European Union and at an international law firm.
