Sabrina Bellantoni's practice focuses on intellectual property, with an emphasis on patent and trade secret matters. She has worked on matters for clients in district court, with experience in fact investigation, discovery, pretrial proceedings, trial preparation, and general motion practice. She is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Sabrina is a member of the Firm's Women in IP initiative. She also maintains an active pro bono practice with Kids In Need of Defense (KIND) and Her Justice. KIND is an organization that provides immigration counseling and representation to unaccompanied minors seeking asylum and special status in the United States, and Her Justice is an organization that provides free legal help to impoverished women living in New York City.
Prior to attending law school, Sabrina worked as a research and development chemist at Takasago International Corporation, where she performed lab-based experiments regarding flavor and fragrance samples.
