Chris Chorzepa's practice focuses on antitrust matters, including government investigations, merger review, litigation, and counseling. He has represented clients in a broad range of industries, including media, telecommunications, agriculture, manufacturing, and consumer products. And he has helped clients navigate through all stages of merger reviews, private plaintiff and government litigations, and internal and government investigations.
He is also experienced in commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, conducting motion practice, and negotiating and finalizing settlements.
Chris maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients seeking asylum in the United States and clients seeking to set aside convictions. He most recently successfully helped to obtain asylum for a Salvadoran client at trial. Chris also regularly volunteers as a wrestling coach for middle school and high school athletes at community-based clubs in the Detroit area.
