最近トーマスが主導した案件には、Thoma Bravo/Condeco への Proxyclick の売却、Seventure Partner による Orange への Anytime SA の売却、Arsenal Capital による Histogenex および Caprion の買収、アステラス製薬によるバイオテクノロジー企業 Ogeda の 8 億ユーロの買収、技術複合企業 Hexagon AB の多数の技術買収が含まれます。

ベンチャーキャピタル分野では、Index Ventures、Fortino Capital、Alven、Stride.vc、 Seventure Partners、BNPP Private Equity、Hi-Inov、XAngeなどのファンドを代理した他、Collibra、Odoo、Cowboy、Cashforce、Techwolf、Silverfin、Piesync、DobCoその他多くのベンチャーにおける複数の投資ラウンドに携わってきました。また、会社設立、各段階の継続的な資金調達、事業再編、円滑な事業撤退など、企業のライフサイクル全般をサポートしてきました。

米国のクライアントとしては、American Industrial Partners、Diebold、MasterCard、Riverside、Wabtec、Specialized、STERIS、Calgonなどの企業が含まれます。トーマスは数年間日本を拠点に活動し、特にクロスボーダー買収において日本のクライアントを代理した経験を有しています。トヨタ自動車による欧州と南米の合弁事業、アステラス製薬、ブリヂストン、住友ベークライトによる欧州での買収案件などを手掛けています。

トーマスは、日白協会兼商工会議所(Belgium-Japan Association)の法務&税務委員会、および国際法曹協会(International Bar Association)のメンバーを務めています。ブリュッセル、東京、ニューヨークに在住し、活動した経験があります。
