Rachel Fleischer counsels clients in the health care and life sciences industries on matters including regulatory compliance, investigations, and civil litigation. She represents and advises health systems, medical centers, digital health care companies, and other health care entities.
Rachel maintains an active pro bono practice, including counseling asylum seekers through Jones Day's Border Project.
Prior to attending law school, Rachel worked in the federal relations office of a health care accreditation organization. She is a member of the American Health Law Association.
