Josh Gold-Quiros focuses his practice on managing domestic and international trademark portfolios and counsels clients on the use and enforcement of trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the United States and abroad.
Josh practices all aspects of trademark clearance, prosecution, and maintenance and advises on trademark and copyright issues in license agreements and commercial transactions. He also represents clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
Josh assists clients in a wide variety of industries in the areas of trademark, trade dress, trade secrets, copyright, false advertising, and unfair business practices. In addition, he counsels clients on the use and enforcement of trademarks on the internet and assists clients in domain name disputes.
Josh currently serves on the Famous and Well-Known Marks Committee of the International Trademark Association. He frequently publishes updates on new developments in intellectual property law.
