Aaron Healey is a trial lawyer representing clients in complex commercial litigation and antitrust matters. He represents clients in a range of industries including pharmaceuticals, consumer products, finance, airlines, railroads, aerospace and defense technologies, software, and gaming.

Aaron defends companies in antitrust litigation, both individual and class actions, and has litigated horizontal conspiracy, monopolization, and private merger challenge claims in federal courts across the country. Aaron recently won dismissal of a putative class action asserting price-fixing claims against a leading pharmaceutical company. He also won dismissal of group boycott and monopolization claims, including a nascent competition theory, brought against a leading aerospace manufacturer.

Aaron has unique experience litigating antitrust merger challenges brought by government enforcers. He successfully defended STERIS Corporation's acquisition of Synergy Health, involving a nascent competition theory, as well as Cabell Huntington Hospital's acquisition of St. Mary's Medical Center against challenges brought by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Most recently, he represented Axon in its defense of the FTC's challenge of a consummated transaction. He also represented Aetna in its acquisition of Humana from a challenge brought by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and represented Parker Hannifin against a challenge brought by the DOJ to a consummated transaction. Aaron regularly counsels Firm clients, including a leading financial institution, on antitrust compliance and risk management.

Aaron has substantial experience in complex commercial contract disputes and noncompete matters. He has litigated several product liability cases, including multijurisdictional matters and represented several universities in football concussion class actions.
