Logan Kirkes advises public and private companies, private equity firms, and family offices in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, minority equity investments, venture and later-stage equity financings, and corporate restructurings. His practice also includes advising clients on corporate governance and fiduciary matters facing public and private companies, as well as negotiating commercial contracts and other strategic arrangements.
Logan represents clients across a range of industries, including the software, aerospace, automotive, real estate investment, utilities, renewable energy, consumer goods, e-commerce, fintech, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, and health care industries. His recent experience includes matters for Roper Technologies, General Electric Company, Southern Company, The Aaron's Company, and The Riverside Company.
Logan maintains an active pro bono practice and is a member of the board of directors of the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network and "SpringBoard," the Young Professionals Committee of Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta.
