Kristin Lahaszow represents clients in complex civil litigation in federal and state courts. She has experience in various stages of litigation, including discovery and motion practice, and in a wide range of practice areas, including products liability, mass torts, employment, and trade secret litigation.
Kristin also maintains an active pro bono practice as part of Jones Day's Border Project. Additionally, she represents individuals seeking asylum and individuals seeking expungement of their criminal records.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Kristin served as a criminal defense investigator for the San Diego County Office of the Alternate Public Defender. During that time, she conducted investigations into hundreds of adult and juvenile felony cases.
