Leone Momigliano practices in the area of commercial and corporate law, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
Leone advises investment funds, both domestic and foreign, in all types of M&A and private equity transactions, including sale, exchange and contribution of shares, contribution and lease of businesses and lines of businesses, mergers, spin-offs, and structuring of incentive schemes.
Leone also assists Italian and multinational industrial clients and private equity funds on the day-to-day aspects of their business, such as commercial contracts, corporate governance, property law, and management of the relations between shareholders.
