Rose Mooney represents clients in commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. Her practice spans diverse areas of litigation, including cases involving environmental and energy matters, asset-backed securities, and business torts. Rose regularly advises clients regarding litigation and regulatory risks relating to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters. She also litigates cases arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and has experience researching and drafting motions, taking and preparing depositions, examining lead witnesses, and conducting fact and expert discovery. In addition, she has served as an associate on numerous cybersecurity and data privacy matters.
Rose maintains an active pro bono practice and represents individuals seeking asylum in the United States. She also works with the Firm's anti-human trafficking initiative and assists clients with criminal expungements.
