Nick Rawls focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has represented clients through all stages of litigation and in a variety of matters including class actions, construction litigation, First Amendment disputes, veterans' disability appeals, and consumer protection lawsuits.
Prior to attending law school, Nick served as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserve and as a legislative staffer on Capitol Hill holding a Top Secret security clearance. His work focused on national security, national defense, intelligence, foreign relations, and veterans policy. Nick was awarded a Bronze Star, an Army Commendation Medal, a Joint Service Achievement Medal, an Army Achievement Medal, and the U.S. Army Basic Parachutist Badge as part of his military service.
