Mark Stevens represents clients in complex commercial disputes, including construction, securities, and trade secret litigation.
As part of Jones Day's nationally recognized global construction practice, Mark has represented clients in disputes related to manufacturing facilities, power plants, and renewable energy projects, including battery storage and wind facilities. These representations have included mediation, litigation in state and federal courts, and domestic and international arbitration proceedings. Mark also has provided project advisory services on construction projects and has experience in the mechanic's lien claim process. Mark has managed all areas of civil litigation, including document discovery, taking and defending depositions, collaborating with expert witnesses, and drafting pleadings and motions.
Mark maintains an active pro bono practice, including work to further Jones Day's efforts to combat human trafficking and to support the Firm-sponsored Eradicate Hate Global Summit.
