Isaac Will focuses his practice on government investigations and enforcement actions, with a particular emphasis on those initiated by state attorneys general and federal agencies such as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Isaac's experience spans the entire scope of such actions, guiding clients from their initial response through to the final resolution of their disputes. He has assisted clients in responding to subpoenas, investigative demands, and other regulatory inquiries. He has also conducted internal investigations, developed critical facts and narratives, briefed motions, and more in the pursuit of executing broader litigation strategies.

Currently, Isaac is working with a team to steer several major corporations through the legal challenges posed by multijurisdictional and multiparty actions involving unfair and deceptive trade practices, wiretapping, and other privacy-related claims. Specifically, he is playing a pivotal role on a team defending these corporations against state and federal probes into the alleged improper handling of sensitive customer data.

Isaac also maintains an active pro bono practice. He is currently representing an individual fleeing persecution in Latin America and seeking asylum in the United States and another individual petitioning the Pennsylvania governor for clemency. Isaac has further dedicated time to the Constitutional Policing Reform initiative, collaborating with police departments across the country to enhance national policing standards, foster accountability, and enhance law enforcement practices.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Isaac interned at the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Department of Justice Organized Crime and Gang Section (OCGS), the Antitrust Division (ATR), and a Pennsylvania district attorney's office.
