Chris Cundra represents debtors, creditors, and other parties in interest in out-of-court and in-court restructurings, bankruptcy litigation, distressed asset sales, and other insolvency-related matters.
Chris has counseled clients across a wide range of industries, including energy, financial services, manufacturing, restaurant, and commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2023, Chris worked in the bankruptcy and restructuring group at a prominent Delaware law firm.
