Mathilde Dubois focuses on project realization in Africa, the Middle East, and Europe, particularly in the digital, energy, and water sectors.
Mathilde regularly works on the development of contractual and financial arrangements in the context of multilateral negotiations. She assists governments and public entities with legislative and regulatory reforms, implementation of sectoral policies, privatization of public companies, and licensing procedures. She works with public entities in drafting and negotiating contracts, including public procurement contracts and public-private partnership (PPP) agreements.
She also assists public and private operators on regulatory issues, litigation, M&A, and OHADA (Organization for the Harmonization of Corporate Law in Africa) law matters.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Mathilde was a member of the energy practice at an international law firm.
