Daria Kasparek Bejan focuses her practice on complex civil litigation matters, including in the areas of trusts, contracts, fiduciary duty, and fraud. She also has experience in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations.

Daria has been involved in many aspects of litigation, from the pleadings stage through discovery and evidentiary hearings.

Daria also maintains an active pro bono practice and represents individuals seeking asylum in the United States as part of Jones Day's nationwide pro bono initiative and volunteers at various clinics that provide legal services to her local community.

In August 2022, the D.C. Court of Appeals reversed a $530 million judgment against the directors, vindicating their rights under the First Amendment.
