Delaney Davis represents employers in a wide variety of complex labor and employment matters, including defending against discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination allegations, as well as claims brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state wage and hour statutes. She also represents employers in connection with restrictive covenant disputes.
Her litigation experience includes conducting fact investigations, managing discovery, and drafting pleadings and dispositive motions. In addition to her labor and employment practice, Delaney serves as lead counsel in federal lawsuits and arbitrations brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
