Dennis D'Aquila represents and counsels clients in a range of complex litigation matters, including internal investigations, government enforcement proceedings, and multidistrict litigation. He has experience in all aspects of litigation, including drafting motions and appellate briefs, working with experts and forensic litigation consultants, leading document review teams, and preparing fact and expert witnesses for trial.
Prior to joining the Firm, Dennis served as a legislative assistant to U.S. Senator John Thune, where he advised the senator on legislative and regulatory matters impacting the health care industry.
