Taylor Daniel's practice focuses on product liability matters. She is currently involved in the Firm's representation of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. Taylor has experience in many aspects of trial preparation, including conducting legal research, briefing and motions practice, and preparing documents for deposition and presentation at trial. She has been a member of multiple trial teams in cases tried to verdict.
In addition to her trial work, Taylor maintains an active pro bono practice. She participates in Cleveland's Right to Counsel program, which provides free legal representation in eviction hearings for eligible low-income tenants in the Cleveland area.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, Taylor served as a law clerk for Judge Claria Horn Boom at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
