Meri Elkin advises clients in a wide variety of complex commercial real estate transactions. Her practice consists of all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing.
Meri's experience includes representing real estate developers and real estate investment funds in connection with financing, general real property matters, acquisitions, and dispositions relating to industrial, multifamily, single-family, and health care projects. She also represents national and regional lenders in connection with various types of real estate secured lending related to health care, homebuilder, industrial, multifamily, and office projects. Additionally, Meri advises corporate clients on the real estate aspects of merger and acquisition transactions and corporate real estate service matters.
Prior to attending law school, Meri worked as a commercial lease administrator for eight years.
Meri is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Real Property Section of the Georgia Bar.
