Alex Gonzalez practices complex commercial litigation with a focus on securities litigation. He has experience in federal and state courts representing clients in securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions, and contract disputes. Alex also represents entities and individuals facing investigations and prosecutions brought by the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange relating to allegations of fraud and corruption, including potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Alex maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in immigration and uncontested divorce proceedings.
Prior to attending law school, Alex worked as a senior health care analyst at a market research consulting firm in New York.
