Diana Harapu advises lenders, borrowers, and public entities in project and real estate financing and refinancing in French and cross-border transactions. She is particularly involved in project financings, including the development of renewable energies and infrastructure.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2024, Diana was an associate in the banking and financing teams at two international law firms. During this time, she advised French and international financial institutions, investment funds, public entities, and sponsors and borrowers on French and international banking and structured finance transactions that involved corporate finance, venture capital financings, project finance, real estate, and securitization and factoring.
