Matt Krsacok's practice focuses on complex disputes, critical motions, and appeals across a wide range of substantive areas.
Matt has drafted numerous winning briefs filed in courts across the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court. Matt has significant experience in regulatory disputes, business and mass tort litigation, and constitutional challenges.
In addition to his client work, Matt maintains an active pro bono practice. Recently, he successfully briefed and argued a case before the Ninth Circuit involving competency standards in immigration proceedings.
Before joining Jones Day, Matt served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Chad A. Readler on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
