Jonathon Little has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on high-value commercial and technology projects. He works with both customers and suppliers across the full range of industry sectors.
Jonathon's practice covers contract negotiation and drafting, outsourcing, telecoms transactions and service agreements, network service arrangements, IT licensing, systems and software acquisition, e-business, framework agreements and other procurement structures, and agency and distribution agreements. He also has extensive experience in the regulatory areas that impact commercial law and technology, including data protection and privacy, cybersecurity, distance selling, and e-commerce rules.
Jonathon has a particular focus on large outsourcings, including IT, network, telecoms, business process outsourcing (BPO), and other arrangements, major transitional arrangements as part of M&A transactions, as well as strategic IT procurements. He has led large outsourcing projects in the insurance, technology, aerospace, banking, and manufacturing sectors. He also works on the protection and evaluation of technology in corporate transactions.
Representative clients include AstraZeneca, Brit Insurance, Celgene, Daniel J. Edelman, EADS, Legal & General, Orange Business Services, Procter & Gamble, Racal Acoustics, Ryder, State Street Bank, Tech Mahindra, and WestCon.
Jonathon is recommended for IT work by Chambers and for commercial contracts, IT, and telecoms by The Legal 500. Before qualifying as a lawyer, he worked as a systems consultant with Andersen Consulting.
