Jeff Meehan represents corporations, individuals, and entities in complex litigation matters, with a focus on securities litigation and other shareholder disputes. He has experience in securities enforcement actions, white collar criminal matters, internal investigations, securities class action litigation, and securities derivative litigation.
Jeff maintains an active pro bono practice and has assisted veterans seeking disability benefits and migrants seeking asylum. He is also involved with the Firm's Anti-Human Trafficking Initiative and the Border Project.
Prior to attending law school, Jeff worked as an investigative analyst in the Violent Criminal Enterprises Unit and Special Victims Bureau of the New York County District Attorney's Office. While there, he collaborated with local, state, and federal agencies to investigate cases involving gang-related conspiracies, drug and firearm trafficking organizations, child abuse, and homicides.
